Clean, modern facilities. Very good breakfast buffet. Quiet room despite very central location in a traditional, busy neighbourhood of Madrid.

The location is Great, Breakfast is Great, Staff is Great , very helpful all around. They got us a taxi quickly to go to the Airport .It is close to many of the great places we wanted to visit in MADRID and to The Atocha train Station. Very pleased.

The staff are, like most ibis hotels, exceptionally helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with pretty much everything you'd expect from an ibis. Breakfast is a fairly limited selection, but still pretty decent!

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the place was very clean and quiet, and the bed was amazingly comfy! We slept so well. The shower was big enough to be comfy and the room had enough shelves for organizing our things.

The property was clean confortable, bigger than other ibis budget items stayed in, it was near to a 24 hours open supermarket and just in front of the metro. The hotel das in a place where i could go to El retiro in the morning then on my way to sol i could drop by the hotel to freshen up, great location ! And we walked a lot to many places since we knew that we always are a 30min walk to the hotel or 2 to 3 metro stops!

We were in room 222. It worked great for my husband and I as well as our little dog. We were very comfortable at your hotel. We liked the workspace downstairs and also enjoyed bringing lunch to the garden.

Well located hotel, across from the metro station, near the grocery store, surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Rooms are clean and very compact. The WC room and shower room are separated, but don't offer privacy. The shower door is transparent. And the WC is not a classical one, and has spaces up and down. Breakfast is acceptable.

This is the 4 time we've stayed here. Does the job, good value, not looking for a fancy spot. Get in for sleep, shower and out exploring Madrid. Great location, .one underground stop to Sol or a 10mins walk. Very handy to have the 24hours supermarket 🛒 next door and a nice Cafe/bar also. The Good Burger 🍔 restaurant a handy spot for nice food on the other side of hotel entrance. Nice little cafes in side street opposite. Bag storage a bonus if your not leaving Madrid early. About 40 mins from Airport to Hotel on underground. Taxi rank opposite hotel. Rooms clean and did the job. Breakfast good value in hotel and does the job. WiFi good. Plugs and USB charging points at side of the bed. Slept great. No noise from street below or other guests.

The location was great, the room was cosy and comfortable. It was surprising how in such a small space you had everything you need. Sometimes in other hotels, you have a bigger room and bathroom but there's no space for putting all your stuff, while here everything fitted in.

The room was really clean, comfortable, and soundproof (which was really important for this area)! They changed the towels every day, and there was a 24-hour open Carrefour next to the hotel.
